"Amazing staff and care"

About: Causeway Hospital / Accident & Emergency Causeway Hospital / Medical Assessment Unit Northern Ireland Ambulance Service / Emergency ambulance response

(as a relative),

My father was admitted to Causeway Hospital, Coleraine with Covid-19 last Sunday. Due to the excellent expertise and sincere care of all staff, from the Paramedic team, to the Emergency Department, to the Medical Assessment ward, my father made a remarkable recovery and is now back home. A huge “thank you” from all the family for your kindness and care. We are sincerely grateful.

Thank you so much for this feedback which will mean so much to all the staff involved in your fathers care. It really is a team effort despite all the challenges the NHS is facing at present. I am amazed at how they continue to provide such excellent care. Positive feedback such as this is so encouraging for them. I hope your father continues to improve in his home environment

Thank you so much for this lovely feedback. It is wonderful to hear that your father has made a remarkable recovery after his attendance to Causeway Hospital. Staff are facing many challenges at present, and to receive such a positive compliment is really uplifting for staff. I will ensure this is shared with the team. Take care and I wish you well.
