When I needed to contact Rheumatology Dept regarding a letter sent to me, I was apprehensive as due to Covid it makes you think whether you need to or not. The call was answered by the wonderful Jackie she put my mind at ease & talked me through what she was going to do, made sure I was ok with message she would forward. At no time did I feel I had wasted anyone's time & for me that is a huge thing. Thank you.
