"Excellent & Thorough Care"

I fell unwell just before Christmas and was referred to a clinic at Clackmannanshire Health Centre. I was seen by Dr Monaghan who was absolutely fantastic. I have worked in the NHS for over 10 years and can truthfully say I’ve never experienced such thorough care and attention. Dr Monaghan’s manner was completely professional as well as empathetic and she made me feel at ease from the outset. She referred me to the hospital to undergo several tests as she wanted to be precautious and rule out anything further. Over the festive period, she called to check up on me and saw me again at her clinic in Falkirk Community Hospital. Since then, she wrote to my GP to advise that further tests were needed which have now been actioned. I cannot thank Dr Monaghan enough for the care I received, she is one of a kind. Keep up the good work! !
