"Very Poor"

I do appreciate that the NHS is under considerable strain. However the issues experienced pre-date Covid. My Mum is extremely frail and unwell with complex health issues - there is no continuation of care, the processes in place to contact for advice and appointments make it impossible to discuss complex and related health concerns. The one issue at a time is ridiculous. My Mum has not seen a Doctor for many months despite numerous requests. Her suffering is ongoing and attempts to get someone to take a holistic view extremely difficult. These are extraordinarily difficult times for so many and NHS resources are stretched but seeing my Mums suffering is heartbreaking
