"The worst practice since changing to Virginia Care"

I was phoned by the receptionist at the surgery on 14.01.2021 and was told my appointment for my whooping cough vaccine was cancelled and they would get someone to call me to re-arrange, but have still not received a phone call. On Tuesday 19.01.2021 I called the surgery at 1.00pm and was told i was 13th in the queue, by 14.30pm I was still only 4th in the queue and had to hang up as I had a hospital appointment

This is totally unacceptable for a doctors surgery as you have no way of getting through to anyone and you cant even visit the surgery because of covid. I am seriously thinking about moving surgeries .
