"I was taken into resus"

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital / Accident and emergency Royal Blackburn Hospital / Cardiology

(as a service user),

 

I went to my doctors for a blood test and just after i arrived the nurse walked into the waiting area,looked at me and said you dont look well

She took me into treatment room and after a ecg said you are having a heart attack.she called doctor and rang ambulance.she was great.

I went to a+e and was immediately put in resus. The team were great and caring. They sorted me out until i was put on a ward
