"My cardiology telephone consultation, 14/01/21"

Dr. Morgan called me just after the appointment time. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind and understanding. I felt listened to. He explained everything in easy-to-understand language.

The doctor advised me to go on the waiting list to have an Implantable Cardioverter Defibrilator (ICD) fitted. He clearly explained why he felt this to be necessary and helpful to me. He also advised me to start on Entresto, again explaining clearly and concisely the advantages of this.

I felt very good after the consultation, as I felt that steps were being taken to give me the best chance of living into old age. I felt that Dr. Morgan was a man to be trusted, a wise and empathetic gentleman, with a good sense of humour and a kindly manner.

I would like to thank Dr. Morgan for his care in this consultation. He was excellent.
