But you have to listen to the whole recording for them to tell you to go online and book, not everyone has access to the internet especially old people. I've heard of elderly people who are members of this gp sitting at home living off toast struggling to live as they cannot move around and need help. In the end I went to a private clinic for my medication paying over the odds. If you've not got covid then computer says no at this surgery. I'll be leaving once this is over. It's not the service we pay for, are all gp's and staff really tied up due to covid?!
