From my experience of this service I find it has been most unhelpful.
When I have called the phone is rarely answered, when you ask them something I feel like they don't ever want to help you. I'm only offered the bare minimum information and am sent backwards and forwards between different phone numbers.
Is it really so hard for you to just check if I am on the waiting list? I was given 4 different phone numbers by one member of staff and either they weren't picked up or they told me to call the "pod"! Worthless, utterly worthless administration in cardiology - how long would it have taken them to find out for me instead of making ME go round the houses?
