About: University Hospital Monklands / Dermatology

(as a service user),

I recently attended Monklands Hospital Dermatology department. The purpose of this visit was to have a basal cell carcinoma removed.

I was slightly apprehensive but I need not have worried. The surgeon and nurse who carried out the procedure were very professional and immediately put me at ease. They worked very efficiently as a team and proceeded in very methodical and reassuring way.

I do not know their names but I would like to thank them most sincerely for looking after me. If I have need to return to Monklands I would gladly put myself in their care again.

Please pass on my best wishes to them both.

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with your feedback; it is very much appreciated. I am glad you had a very positive experience with the Dermatology service at UHM and colleagues were able to put you at ease at what I appreciate might have been an anxious time for you.
