"A prescription that just needed signing off"

About: Peverell Park Surgery

Our daughter was prescribed medication 3 days ago, and due to it not being signed off properly the pharmacy are still unable to dispense it. We have been sent from pillar to post and still do not have the medication. Being told to use a suppository in a 6 year old when the only reason they haven't had their medication yet is because the Dr is too busy to sign it off (when the error was their error 3 days ago) is not on. Being told we are busy is not good enough. You are barely contactable and being seen is almost impossible, we just want some basic healthcare for our child! One member of staff appreciated how upsetting this was, the rest of your staff really had no empathy whatsoever. If it was their child I am sure they would feel very different being told to administer a suppository due to an administrative error on your part. Appalling!
