"No response on several occasions "

About: Droylsden Medical Practice

I understand that the nhs are under extreme pressure, however I am an extremely vulnerable patient, I have had manager surgery, I have an open wound which District nurses are coming to pack every other day, I also have an autoimmune condition.

The surgery have sent several texts and letters requiring me to get in contact regarding a diabetes blood test, I have tried on several occasions, I have sent emails my bowel nurse has tried to contact them, no response, I have forwarded a government text which I recieved as proof of being extremely clinically vulnerable,

I have hadcto say I'm going to complain on several occasions in the past to get any kind of response. This has been an issue on lots of occasions, I font have any complaint about the doctors. However I feel that because you can't see my disability that I am ignored.

Crohns and colitis is a very hard condition to live without having the stress of being ignored or staff choosing to action emails, calls, evidence sent, I only ever get a response if I say I'm going to complain or ask to speak to the practice manager, then email I sent was not response to, this is not the first occasion, I sent the email exactly a week ago,

I feel that I am discriminated, I feel really saddened by this
