My dad, who is 81, attended Meadowgreen Health Centre for his first Covid-19 vaccination. It took place at a venue that was unfamiliar to him. He was so impressed with the organisation that had gone into making the whole experience a positive one, that he wanted me to pass on his compliments to all staff involved.
Any of his possible anxieties seemed to have been thought about in advance, so that the whole experience on the day was a very positive one. From the moment he stepped out of the taxi he was taken care of. Staff had obviously put in a lot of work to set up an excellent system. His thanks go to everyone at the surgery & behind the scenes.
As a daughter living some distance away & unable to visit due to Shielding from Covid-19, it has been lovely to hear him enthuse about the whole experience. It has been reassuring to me to know that you have taken such care of him. Your website has been very informative & enabled me to let him know when he should ring the surgery.
At a time when medical services are being stretched in all directions, please know that all your efforts for your patients are very much appreciated. Thank you all.
