(as a service user),

I am 76 years old and attended Belgrave Medical Centre, Asline Road, Sheffield S8 to get my Covid 19 jab. Fantastic experience! Greeted by local community people we know and recognise. Despite heavy snow, great care taken and all feeling safe.

Well done local NHS and Sheffield Public Health team.

PS I tried to do the survey (www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/Sheffieldvaccine) but couldn't access this website.
