"Excellent patient care "

We were patients with Kingsdown surgery and came into Surbiton health centre .I rang yesterday and today and was given a WOW moment by the staff and the Doctor ,too.They had fantastic patient listening manners without complaining of asking me to hurry up. They went the extra mile all the time.The patient adviser arranged for the doctor to call me.I was amazed at the way my medical situation was listened to without cutting me short at any time by the friendly doctor .Truly an eye opener This was..This is my second attempt at giving feed back on the great and wonderful patient care and service received.I had earlier named the hard working staff and the doctor's name ,too.Sadly,I was asked to remove the names and the gender of the doctor.I,could not understand as to why ,but nothing surprises me anymore.Good luck good health to the staff at the surbiton health centre.I am a senior citizen and would have loved the staff to know what a great service they had rendered to their patients.
