"Doctors Great Reception Staff Awful"

The Doctors at this surgery are wonderful, if you can get access to them! Any time I have had to deal with a Doctor, they have been compassionate, easy to talk to and worked with me to best meet my physical and mental health. However, the reception staff let this practice down badly. They are difficult, show no empathy to patients and offer very little guidance or help. I have unfortunately had a lot of experiences and feel what I am saying truly reflects the overall standard of the administration staff at North Park. I understand there are systems in place but when working with medicine, healthcare and sick people, a caring, flexible and understanding approach needs to be applied. Most people understand the pressures of the NHS now more than ever, but they have every right to be respected and feel valued! Most people are happy to work with the practice and find the best solution but that doesn’t seem to be mirrored. Disappointing to have to write this but like other reviews, this comes after many frustrating incidents.
