In the 18 months from diagnosis of my Acoustic Neuroma to receiving Steriotactic Radiotherapy at the Edinburgh Western General Cancer Centre in December 2020, my grateful thanks go to all involved with my treatment plan, from Mr Calder, ENT Consultant & Secretaries, Lorraine & Deirdre & Radiology Department, at UHHairmyres, and Mr Locke, ENT Consultant at QEUH, Dr Kyle, Consultant Oncologist, Louise Murphy, Administrator, Joanna, Ashley and Gemma, Heidi, Jonathan, Alice, Fiona (sorry if I’ve missed any names). The care and support given by such dedicated and compassionate professionals is second to none. The collaboration of Teamwork from 3 different hospitals ensured I received treatment within an excellent timeframe, especially during these unprecedented times.
