Dear Skooty,

Thank you for your kind words about the stereotactic radiotherapy service at the Western General Hospital. I am very pleased to hear about the compassionate and timely care that you received throughout your entire journey and it's great to hear that the collaboration between different hospitals and health boards worked well. I will pass this message on to the team at here at WGH who will be very glad to have this lovely feedback.

Best wishes,

Heather

Thank you. We really appreciate you taking the time to give us this feedback. This will be shared with the appropriate teams. It has been a tough year, but we have tried very hard to keep our high standards of care. Your words are kind and very reassuring and I hope that you have done well with your treatment.
