(as the patient),

I had to attend an appointment at forth valley  hospital to have a biopsy checked on

 my neck. I didn’t really know what to expect but was immediately put at ease by David and Lee-Ann. Everything was explained clearly and they put me at ease and David told me that he was going to remove the lession there and then.. We chatted all through the procedure and it felt like it was over in no time at all. 
10 out of 10 marks to both people who treated me .
