Barton House online registration process is very simple to use, other surgery’s ask for proof of address, but the process here is you just complete a online registration form and couple of days later receive a text message confirming your registration.

I am glad that this worked well for you. We along with other practices are moving to predominantly on line registration which I think is much simpler for those who have internet access. It also has the advantage in the current pandemic of reducing the need to physically attend the surgery. Obviously we will continue to register those who cannot access the online service as before. Thank you for your feedback.
