I arrived at the hospital at 8.20 am for a colonoscopy . A nurse took my temperature & took me inside .
From the beginning to the end at 11 a.m I was bowled over by the wonderful care I received .They are busy but I cannot praise them enough . Nothing was too much trouble . A very happy department .
Everything was explained to me & I felt thoroughly relaxed throughout the whole procedure ,from Dr Spencer & all his staff. I honestly was over whelmed by my superb care & I cannot thank them enough
