had a visit from enhanced care team about my 95year old mum who I look after, she needs carers now and they do a grand job but this team came in and didnt offer any support to me or my mother who is now mobility stricken, it was felt like more of an austerity care team as they wanted to know why carers were coming and need to have my mum assessed, shocking to know they dont offer help for carers like myself but just put obstacles up by refusing items of need.
