"Fantastic AMSDEC nurse"

My GP surgery requested for me to be seen as an emergency admission at AMSDEC in Colchester Hospital. The nurse in my bay was on her own as they were short staffed, I believe due to covid, but she was lovely, polite, caring and professional at all times. She maintained this approach all through her extremely long shift and I want to thank her for listening to me as I was extremely distressed. She truly is an NHS hero and a role model to all.
