"Such a supportive GP"

I have been struggling with many things over the past year, mostly in  relation to the pandemic. Some events recently made me feel that I literally could not cope any longer. I completed an e-consult and when the GP called, he was absolutely amazing. Everything I felt bad about, he completely normalised and I felt no judgement at all. He was honest and frank about my options and I felt that I was in control of decided what treatment plan would suit me best. He was so empathetic and did not rush our conversation. I honestly could not thank him any more. What may have been normal practice for the GP was an absolute lifeline for me and just having my worries validated has made a huge difference. Thank you so much!
