About: Victoria Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

After speaking to NHS 24, I was referred to urology dept at Victoria hospital, Kirkcaldy for treatment of acute urine retention. Lauren was my nurse and she was absolutely brilliant. Very professional, caring and thoughtful. I have so much respect and admiration for all the NHS staff especially in these current times. I hope they get this.
