About: New Victoria Hospital / Day surgery

(as a service user),

Attended the day surgery unit at the new victoria hospital for a spinal nerve injection and was extremely impressed with both the staff and the facilities. Everyone was really friendly, mr craig the consultant explained the procedure and gave all the older patients time to ask questions and reassure them etc. We all know the curtains arent sound proof! ! Was a very quick organised list which even though I was further down it, I was still in and out in 2 and half hours with all my follow up organised too.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback in regards to the time you spent in the Day Surgery Unit of the New Victoria Hospital.

I was pleased to read how the staff were informative, friendly and were able to take the time to explain the process and answer any questions you had.

I will be sure to pass on your feedback to all the staff involved especially your consultant Mr Craig who I'm sure will be pleased to hear they made a difference with your care.

Thanks again this means a lot to the staff at this very difficult time and I hope your feeling a lot better.
