About: General practices in Greater Glasgow & Clyde Shawpark Resource Centre

(as a service user),

Months of waiting for an appointment after GP referral.

Years of waiting for a diagnosis.

Dismissed the day diagnosis received with no treatment or referral to other organisation for help with two diagnosed mental health conditions.

This site claims "We pass your stories to the right people to make a difference"

From what I experienced, there does not appear to be any difference in the failure of Shawpark Resource Centre to provide resources to the service user.

That GP states all they can do is re-refer me back to Shawpark Resource Centre. This has exacerbated my already fragile mental health and feelings of hopelessness.
