"Emergency Admittance "

A&E then admittance due to dislocated hip replacement.

Pressure the staff are under is unbelievable. Had to wait for pain relief which nursing staff admitted was not acceptable, but the pressure and volume of A&E patients was overwhelming. Ambulance, paramedics, ward staff, consultants, doctors, nurses, OT’s Physiotherapist, porters cleaning and catering were all absolutely fantastic, if I’ve missed anyone out I’m sorry. You highly deserve your CQC of outstanding. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking good care of me, in these terrible uncertain times. Please do not think I have written this review, because of COVID we say thank you, as I know that the care you give is 24/7 every day of every year regardless. 2nd emergency admittance within a year, both time’s highly rated.
