"Thanks to all of the team"

I wish to convey my huge thanks and gratitude; and that of my family's to Collette and all the team at Opal House.

My Grandfather received outstanding care from every member of the team during his 4 weeks stay. The team were compassionate, caring, thoughtful and kind. My Grandfathers bed was kept really neat, clean and tidy. He was washed and well looked after and cared for, he even got a Christmas present from the staff! The therapy team worked hard to get him back on his feet and walk again and the medics did all they could to get him well and keep him comfortable. 

It is such a worry when you can not see your loved ones in hospital, but my experience has been nothing but excellent care. The whole team are truly excellent, caring professionals who deserve to know how special and appreciated they all are.
