"Fantastic care!"

I visited A&E in the very early hours of 29th Dec for severe abdominal pain and I was advised that the waiting time was 4 hours. However, upon reaching the waiting room the staff immediately made sure I was attended to and, as I was in considerable pain and distress, put me in a cubicle which was quiet and comfortable. They checked on me every few minutes until the doctor could see me (about an hours wait), and made sure I was as comfortable as possible while I was there. The staff were all exceedingly kind and patient, and their warmth reassured me greatly in such a time of discomfort. THANK YOU!
