About: Ards Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as a service user),

I attended Ards minor injuries unit. I had fallen downstairs two days previously and thought I'd sprained my ankle. After two days I was still in pain & could not put pressure on it. 

An internet search showed that my nearest MIU was closed, but Ards was not. I got a lift over and the nurse explained that there is a new appointment system. I had to call my lift back.

Please can this be made apparent or advertised?
