"My mum's care"

My mum is currently a patient in Stonehouse Hospital and I want to say how well she is being cared for. Unfortunately, as other relatives are also experiencing, we are not allowed to visit but my mum says the care is wonderful. Each and every member of staff, and this includes everyone, doctors, domestics, catering, physios and nurses are so kind. Nothing is too much trouble and they show kindness and compassion. 

My mum has been in hospital for 4 months and received various standards of care but now we finally have hope that she is getting better and can be optimistic about her coming home. 

She reports the food is amazing which has most definitely not been the case in other hospitals caring for her. She is now enjoying her meals again and gaining weight which is giving her the strength needed in her road to recovery.

My dad was unexpectedly allowed to visit on Christmas day for an hour which was a huge boost to both of them.

As a family we are truly grateful to the staff and hope this goes some way in expressing this.
