"Covid-19 care procedures."

My wife is in ward 27. She is concerned about the lack of effective prevention procedures for Covid-19. One patient there has tested positive and my wife was in a bed nearby. She has been moved but staff are not wearing adequate protective equipment, do not wear gloves and disinfectant procedures do not seem to be in place. The ward needs reviewing and proper procedures put in place. Also, because my wife has special multiple medical conditions her needs are not adequately met which could lead to complications largely to do with dehydration. She has Crohn's Disease, two stomas, short bowel syndrome, and epilepsy. She needs a comprehensive approach to her care. ie. someone to talk her needs through thoroughly with her. She doesn't get what she needs. that's the problem.
