I drove to the test site, having booked a test. Was handed a test kit through the car window. Carried out the test and returned the kit. 

Results arrived by text within 11 hours.

I am pleased to hear that the information provided was clear and you received your results quickly.

I have shared your feedback with the team responsible for setting up the COVID testing sites across NHS Forth Valley. The team pass on their thanks, it really is lovely for the staff to hear from individuals who have used the service and can give feedback about their experience.

The test process was indeed quick and easy. I've already complained in a previous story about what happened next with Test and Protect. It's great how you respond to positive feedback, but when I tried to complain about Test and Protect I was repeatedly told there is no complaint process. Eventually through my MSP and others my complaint was dealt with.
