"It's why East Surrey is classed as Outstanding"

Was admitted to East Surrey hospital last week with abdominal pains. Lot of tests carried out but one doctor stands out who worked so hard to bring everything together from different departments and speak to me and keep me fully informed. Going far above his normal duties. Dr Freedman Clinical fellow on his pass. 

Also on my last day on the ward a nurse came on duty who was the nicest and more caring nurse who also went above and beyond her duty of care. Who made everyone on the ward feel as comfortable as she could. Nurse Robinson. 

Both these professional medical staff really are why East Surrey is classed as Outstanding. I would really hope that they are rewarded with a big thank you from the management team for how they conduct themselves on the front line.
