My heart us full of gratitude to a nurse called Oksana, she is working in cardiology in Barts Hospital, but for couple of days her shift was moved to Covid section 6D, where I was admitted with Covid, terrible pains, fever and side effects of my ongoing imunatherapy! ( as a cancer diagnosed patient).
Almost 2 weeks of unbarable pains, medications, injections, headaches, fever, no visitors allowed ( due to Covid 19), couldn't even talk to my family over the phone, that bad was my condition!
Oksana demonstrated herself as a professional, extremely responsible, warm hearted person, so much care, she could pick the right words to comfort me when I felt so low and scared!She wouldn't just pass my room door without checking on me and making sure I'm ok, have enough water, or can't reach something!
She definitely has contributed a lot to my succsessfull recovery and discharge before Christmas 2020!
NHS should be proud of such an employee!
I wish my feedback could reach her management and make difference for her!
