"Receiving my covid vaccine"

About: Northern Health & Social Care Trust / Covid-19 Vaccination Service

(as a service user),

I attended the Northern Trust vaccine centre today for my first covid vaccine. Slightly apprehensive but needn't of been.

The set up was very good. Social distancing maintained. Staff were all very courteous. The nurse in pod G, Christine I think her name was, was very reassuring. The pods are set up so that no one can see so privacy is maintained. The seating area well spaced out and all chairs cleaned afterwards. A well oiled machine.

Well done NHSCT and all involved!

Dear Positivethinking84,

Thank you for taking the time to write this feedback. It's great to hear that although feeling apprehensive, the nurse was able to reassure you.

As you can imagine, the staff working within this setting are extremely busy at present with the roll out of vaccines so I apologise for the delay in responding. I have shared it with the senior management team leading on this and I hope to have a response from them soon.

Many thanks again,

Leigh
