"GP appointments"

I have been trying to ask questions about my current condition (possible cancer). GP phoned me not an the arranged time, when I was in the middle of a meeting and did not remember all the things I wanted to ask., I had a f2f appointment now and went with my questions but GP tells me "No sorry I cannot answer your questions I don't have time, that's what the phone call was for". 

The eConsult triage also is too restricted and does not allow you to connect different conditions, nor to ask questions of the GP. But also asks repetitive questions - same questions on smoking alcohol etc repeated every time - why is this not linked to the medical record
