What I liked

This was a 3 day stay for a total right hip revision. I was given enormous confidence in the hospital and the staff from my first visit. As my surgery path progressed my confidence remained at the highest possible level. I felt that I was amongst warm friendly and highly skilled people at every level of responsibility. I generally feel that we are always too willing to criticize bad service but do not do enough to praise those who excel. This hospital excels and I have felt the need to tell everyone of my experience. I should say that I have undergone surgery elsewhere in Plymouth, this is therefore an informed comparison and opinion. BRILLIANT

What could be improved
