"Well supported through the pandemic"

I am a service user at CGL along with cambs recovery service Huntingdon. Throughout the pandemic they have adapted safely ensuring structured and non structured groups and 1:1 support is still available plus new groups, via zoom, telephone, face to face following guidelines, Cgl have put so much work into providing a wide range of the above, they work closely with service users to identify what support is helpful and what we may wish to see happening, something is available every day on the the timetable.

I feel very well supported, listened to and part of a community, face to face weekly post detox group is of great benefit to me after coming home from detox in October this year , I am also so grateful with the ongoing support with a further rehab application , Non structured groups on zoom include, recovery cafe, lets talk recovery, obscurer things, cooking , media power hour, fortnightly quizzes , wellbeing and more new groups on the way , all of the above has aided my recovery so much , today we were able to have a Covid safe face to face Christmas gathering , very well organised with lots of fun decorating jumpers for Chistmas, I am so thankful for all of CGLS dedication no matter what.
