"Monklands hospital minor injuries"

About: University Hospital Monklands

(as a service user),

I had to take my wee boy to minor injuries after he had a fall and couldn’t move his wrist. He was seen quickly after we were sent there by nhs 24. The staff were so lovely with him, making him feel at ease by being so child-friendly. The care they took was very much appreciated.

Hi ClaraMcg123

I am sorry to hear your little boy had a fall and sustained an injury. Thank you for getting in touch to let us know that your son received quick and child friendly care from the staff in minor injuries. I will pass your comments on to the staff who will be delighted to hear you took the time to give feedback on the care they provide. I hope your son is recovering well.

Thanks. I would be delighted that it is passed to the staff. One of the staff was a paramedic who was training. Both of them were exceptional in their care for him. Their humour, playfulness and ability to make him feel at ease were appreciated. Thanks again
