I was greeted by Julie in the waiting room. She was very friendly and professional and after antibacterial wiping my seat due to COVID led me to the treatment room. Julie then very accurately explained what would happen during my nerve conduction study and how it may feel during the test. The doctor performing the test was also very friendly and they made a great team with a good rapport.
Unfortunately as the test ended I fainted and then remained “collapsed” and unwell for another 4 or so hours! Julie stayed with me despite her shift finishing and went above and beyond. Both myself and my family really appreciate it as she made a horrible situation much less distressing. Thank you so much Julie
