This year I got invited for a flu jab by my practice. Given the uncertain winter we face, I thought I'd better get it.

It was easy to accept the invitation online via the practice system. They texted me an appointment time for Saturday morning. I arrived at the practice and the system was so efficient I was out the back door within 3 minutes of going in the front door (one way system for social distancing!). There was someone at each corner pointing the way onwards, and it worked like a well-oiled machine. I barely noticed being jabbed as I sailed through.

Well done to The Hollies team!
