"fantastic service from the staff"

About: Salisbury District Hospital / Colorectal surgery

(as the patient),

I went for a colonoscopy and received fantastic service from the staff. I would like to say thank you and that I am  tremendously grateful for the service - the team were very busy but worked as a well oiled machine, even with time for a laugh and a joke. I had to wait a little longer for my appointment because the service acknowledged that they had sent me two different appointment emails, but I couldn't be happier with the team which looked after me.
