(as the patient),

I needed help as I was struggling again with alcohol and I’d worked with cgl before, I got back in contact and they allocated a worker called sally who has helped me with my struggles and has been very supportive, the care has been amazing thankyou

Hi Neil123rumbelow

Thanks for taking the time to post a comment. It is a hard step to come back into treatment. Some people don't feel they can for whatever reason. We make sure the door is left open and that people feel able to pick up the phone and get back into treatment as easily as possible. Thankfully you felt able to do this. Ill certainly pass your kind words on to Sally.
