(as the patient),

I asked for help From CGL ( Change Grow Live) and they have been amazing. They pointed me in the direction of a Foundations of Change Course. It was very well lead and our leader of the group was very encouraging supportive and unjudgemental. I would highly recommend asking for help. I feel more focused on on my sober journey and look forward to my next course.  Foundation's of Growth!

Hi Rainie53

Thanks for taking the time to post a message. Asking for help comes up time and time again as being the hardest part of starting the journey. So well done for that! Its great you have found the programme useful and that you will graduate on tote next course soon. I hope you have starting to build links outside of CGL and that in time these relationships in the community will help you to keep going and face the challenges ahead.
