→ Staff are well trained. 

→ Attentive to my needs.

→ Staff can be very busy at times

→ Overall a positive experience and I get on well with the staff.

Many thanks for taking the time to write feedback on care opinion regarding your stay in ward 24. I will share your feedback with the team - this will help team morale in these difficult times.

As the ward sister, it is great to hear positive experiences from patients regarding their care.

I am delighted that you felt that staff were 'well trained' and that you 'got on well with the staff.'

I acknowledge that staff within the unit are very busy attending to patients care however they were still able to meet your needs.
