About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Surgical Assessment Unit

(as a service user),

Nurses were fantastic, particularly Lesley. Made me feel supported and made sure I was not in pain.   Made me feel less anxious, very good standard of care.

Thank you for getting in touch to tell us about your recent experience, it really is lovely to hear such kind words. I shared your feedback with the team, the staff were delighted to hear from you, and Lesley was over the moon too.

It can be quite an anxious time coming into hospital, it must have been such a relief to you be looked after by such a great team.
