About: Golden Jubilee National Hospital / Cardiac Surgery

(as a service user),

I have been addmitted twice to the cardiology day surgery department in the last 12 weeks for 4 stents to be implanted .

The Jubilee team where fantastic from reception to my lovely bowl of soup for lunch . At the ward  Haelen my nurse was fantastic at putting me at ease about my stay and fully explaing what was going to happen to me during my stay 

My nurse Haelen was fantastic at making me feel  at ease along with  Dr Good and Dr Watkins who both took time to explain the procedure while answering my questions and putting me at ease..

After my procedures both Dr Good and Dr Watkins again took time to visit and explain how the procedure had gone again putting me at ease.

The whole team have my eternal thanks for the fantastic work they are doing in these difficult times.

Thank you for your lovely compliments regarding the team at the Golden Jubilee. I am very pleased to read that Helen, Dr Good and Dr Watkins looked after you and with their care, put you at ease at was it a very worrying time.

I have shared your lovely post with them as the team work extremely hard at delivering the best care possible to all patients and they were delighted to read your compliments.
