"Recent admission...."

I was admitted to Midpark due to an unexpected bout of what Im led to believe was Insomnia, depression and psychosis.

Having no previous experience of this type of hospital I had no idea what to expect.  I have nothing but praise for the nursing staff who looked after me, the consultant and the liason support team who took me to the other hospital in Dumfries for treatment.  To name just a few Kirsty, the two Megan's, lynda, Lamai, Colin. SALLY. Tia and Sean.  Apologies to any of the team I forget but you know who you are.  They could not have done a better job in supporting me at what was a really difficult time. 

Professional, caring, and fair.   Much of thier work I would imagine can be very stressful but they all mostly had a smile on their face which helps lots. 

I'm really grateful to you all for making me 'ok' again.  I know that my family and friends though are actually even more grateful...
