"Great Care"

About: The Ulster Hospital / Ward 4C

(as a service user),

I was a patient admitted to Ward 4C in the Ulster Hospital.   Although I was only in the ward for a short period of time the Nursing Staff made me feel very at ease and were incredibly friendly and caring and answered any question I had about my care.   Student Nurses were also allowed to come in and watch the procedure I was having and their upbeat attitude and conversation really helped take my mind off what was happening.   From the doctors, nurses and domestic staff my experience of being on the ward was excellent.

Dear Papady95,

Thank you so much for your kind words about the team in 4C. It is always good to hear positvie feedback to share with them. I am pleased to hear about your participation with the nursing students, it is so important for them to observe procedures and be involved in as much as possible during their placements. Thank you for helping in their learning experience, this is in no small part supporting our future workforce.

I will be sure to share your comments with the whole 4C team.

Thanks Again

Katharine
